We’re passionate about regional produce. That’s why we have partnered with local farmers and suppliers to create an authentic, flavoursome experience of the area we’re proud to call home.
We have been awarded the Awareness Tirol Certificate as recognition for our work in promoting the use of local food in our hotel, therefore strengthening the cooperation between tourism and agriculture in our area. The origin of our ingredients matters to us. For selected products, we work with producers and farmers from Tyrol. We have received the “Bewusst Tirol” distinction in recognition of our documented use of food sourced from the region.
